Project Description
At Ebema too, the project was about more than simply developing a display. Together, we looked for a presentation that was technically sound, showcased the products effectively and was also practical to use in the showroom.
This process required not only design and execution, but also close follow-up and flexibility once the displays were actually in use.
During the first installations, it became clear in practice that several factors came together: the construction was quite technical, the assembly required a high level of precision and the high temperatures also played a role, meaning that some of the columns needed additional reinforcement.
When Ebema informed us of this, we immediately took action and sent a member of our team on site to inspect everything and resolve the issue. By mechanically securing the columns further, the entire structure was once again fully solid. That is exactly where we see the true added value of collaboration: even when a new concept still requires some fine-tuning in practice, we keep thinking along with our customer until a durable and reliable solution is in place.
